Dear Traveler: thank you for choosing us to perform this Tour! We hope you enjoy your trip.

Here we give you a guidance on their tour with the information that we believe may be of your interest. The information is indicative, may exist variations on designated hours.

TRANSFER from the airport, if you have it included or purchasing. Our transfer will be waiting for you with a poster on behalf of Europamundo or its name to the output of the custom (after collecting your luggage)..

Remember to inform us by phone if you lost your connection flight or expected delay of their arrival, in your VOUCHER figure the phone of the transfer.

IMPORTANT: If you had additional nights upon arrival the hotel will have your reservation, but his travel guide normally will not be until the night before the start of the tour.


On arrival, transfer from the airport to the hotel. Free time. 

You will receive information about the start of the circuit during the afternoon, or you can check the informative panels in the hotel reception area.

Highlights-  Comprehensive tour of Lisbon, taste the “pastel de Belem” (Belem cake) and evening transfer.

09:00h. - Start of our  tour with a local guide  (explanations may be given by our guide if the group has fewer than 12 people). We visit traditional neighbourhoods, which take in the Belem district, which is the birthplace of the great Portuguese navigators who sailed the oceans in the fifteen century.  We shall look round the Monument to the Discoveries, Belem Tower and to the beautiful Jeronimos Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site. In the Belem neighbourhood, we invite all our travelers to try a “ Belem cake”,  an exquisite local delicacy.
The afternoon is free so that you can explore this great city independently.

18:00h.-  We include night transportation to Restauradores Square  , full of atmosphere with its bars, cafes and restaurants from where we suggest you to take the "Elevador da Gloria"  that brings you to the Upper district and its viewpoint. 

Return to hotel about 22.00 hrs.

08:00 hrs -Lisboa -salida. Bonitos paisajes atravesando el largo puente sobre el Tajo. Llegada al Algarve, la región del sur en Portugal.
12:00 hrs - Lagos - Llegada.Ciudad histórica desde la que salieron los navegantes portugueses en el siglo XVI hacia Brasil y la ruta de la India. Sugerimos un paseo por su puerto y sus murallas. Tiempo para almorzar.
14:30 hrs. - Lagos - salida. Seguimos la costa del Algarve. Paramos en Vila Moura. 
15:30 hrs - Vila Moura .- Población balnearia de alto nivel, muy de moda. Un paseo por su puerto deportivo.
16:30 hrs. - Vila Moura.-Salida-.
17:00 hrs - Albufeira - llegada. Hermosa ciudad costera, una de las más populares entre los turistas europeos, puede disfrutar de sus playas. Recomendamos un paseo por su casco histórico dominando el mar y lleno de ambiente. Puede disfrutar también de nuestro hotel vacacional.

Scenery: The Alentejo, region of white villages and medieval castles.

08:45hrs. - Faro- Arrival.-A time for a stroll through the small capital of the Algarve; Its walled historic center seems stopped in time.

09:45hrs - Faro - Departure.- We continue our route towards the Alentejo.
11:15hrs - Mértola. -Arrival. On the bank of Guadiana river, an old Muslim town whose church was formerly a mosque; we will enjoy the sight of its walls and white streets

12:15hrs. - Mértola - Departure. Great plains of cereals; Meadows.
14:15hrs. - Evora. Time for lunch and to know the historic city that was declared a World Heritage Site due to its white streets, its Renaissance palaces and its cathedral.  The ticket  to the spectacular Capela dos Ossos (Chapel of Bones) is included. This chapel was built with 5,000 skeletons! You may also relax at the hotel’s swimming pool.

Free afternoon.

08:30 hrs. - Evora - departure.
10:15 hrs- Marvao - very picturesque small town surrounded by walls that offers a fantastic panoramic view of the region.

11:15hrs- Marvao. Departure.
11:45 hrs- Castelo de Vide- Time to enjoy in this Alentejo village with its castle and old Jewish quarter. We will have a chance to visit the old synagogue (a museum today) or wander around this town’s maze of quaint streets. Time for lunch.

13:45 hrs- Castelo De Vide, departure.
15:30 hrs- Tomar. -Arrival to this town over which  CONVENT OF CHRIST  looms, an old castle-convent where Templar Knights lived.  Ticket included

16:30hrs- Departure.
17:15hrs - Fatima . We will first go to ALJUSTREL, the village where the three little shepherds were born. We will have a chance to visit Casa de Lucia. Afterwards, visit to  SANTUARIO DE FATIMA  where you may watch the Procissão das Velas (Candlelight Procession, not celebrated in winter).  Dinner included.

Scenery: Nice, green hills.

08:30 hrs. - Fatima - departure.
11:00 hrs - Porto -  arrival.   Sightseeing tour  of this city on the bank of Duero river and its historic centre included.  The center of the city has been declared a World Heritage site,  We also include  a visit  to the old cellars. Free time.

Note: From November to April, the visit of Porto can be made in the afternoon.

Total distance: 270 km.

Scenery: Beautiful green landscapes and views over the Rías Bajas .
Note: We will take a boat trip by the sea. Should you wear a warm coat to enjoy it?

08:00 hrs .-Porto-Departure.
09:00 hrs.- Braga we will get on the  world’s oldest cable car moved only with water to go up to the  Santuário do BOM JESÚS , where we will enjoy its gorgeous vistas. We recommend trekking back down in order to admire its beautiful stairway and gardens.

10:15 hrs Departure-. We enter to Galicia, views over the Galician Rías. We will know the Ría de Arosa.

13:00 hrs (12.00 hrs in Portugal) - Cambados - Arrival. Historic city and seafaring. We  include a glass bottom boat trip  where we will learn about the production of mussels and oysters.  Wine and mussel tasting included . Time later to walk in Cambados and to have lunch.

16:00 hrs -Cambados.- Departure.
16:45 hrs -Santiago de Compostela. - Arrival to this town that was a famous pilgrimage destination in the Middle Ages. We include a panoramic city tour with local guide where we will talk about how Santiago attracted pilgrims throughout the centuries, stroll through the medieval streets of the center and admire its cathedral.

Note: On some dates (like the day of the Patron day of the city) our groups can be hosted in a city near Santiago.

Scenery: Attractive green landscapes, villages. Spectacular mountain landscapes crossing the Cantabrian Mountains.

08:00 hrs. - Santiago. Departure. Following the ancient road of Santiago between picturesque landscapes we travel to Lugo.
09:30 hrs. Lugo - Free time,to visit its historic centre and Roman walls, built more than 2000 years ago which were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  

11:00 hrs. Lugo -Departure. We travel to Castile. We will make a stop on route in  O ??CEBREIRO, a small stone Galician village that shows us the traditional way of life of this region. 
14:15hrs. -Leon .- Time to have lunch and stroll through the historic capital of León, located on the Camino de Santiago; Stands out its gothic cathedral with magnificent stained glass windows.

16:45 hrs. -Leon.- Departure. We will cross the mountains of the Cantabrian Range on our way to Asturias. 
18:30 hrs. -Oviedo - Arrival.   We include  (occasionally on Tuesday mornings)  an hour-and-a-half visit  of the city with a local guide. We will visit its 9th century cathedral, Calatrava Congressional Palace, Campoamor Theatre, Calle de la Rua...

Night in the capital of Asturias. City with lots of atmosphere. Optionally you can enjoy the atmosphere in a typical Asturian cider house.

Paisajes:  Muy hermosos paisajes: montañas, vistas sobre el mar, pequeños pueblos jalonan el camino.   

08:30 hrs Oviedo -Salida de la capital Asturiana.  
09:45 hrs Covadonga . - Tiempo para conocer el santuario enclavado entre montañas, lugar donde comenzó la historia de la reconquista de España. 

10:45 hrs Covadonga -Salida. Las verdes montañas se mezclan con el mar. Hermosos paisajes en el recorrido.  
12:30 hrs Santillana.  -Llegada. Tiempo en esta hermosísima villa medieval, sus calles empedradas, sus casas blasonadas, la Colegiata. Tiempo para pasear y almorzar. En sus proximidades conocemos  (entrada incluida )  el Museo de las Cuevas de Altamira, reproducción de las fantásticas pinturas ruprestres que aquí se conservan. 

16:00 hrs Santillana/Altamira-Salida. 
16:30 hrs Santander –  Llegada a la capital regional, ciudad marítima con impresionantes vistas entre montañas y playas.  Incluimos una  visita panorámica  de algo más de 2 horas con guía local en la que podremos descubrir esta elegante ciudad costera, su hermosa bahía y acantilados. 
Durante la panorámica daremos un paseo caminando por los Jardines de Pereda, subiremos al Centro Botín y llegaremos a la Plaza de la Catedral. Luego, ya en el autobús, continuaremos hasta la Península de la Magdalena, playas del Sardinero, Gran Casino, Jardines de Piquío y subiremos hasta el Faro de Cabo Mayor para ver las hermosas vistas de esta ciudad y sus espectaculares acantilados. Llegada al hotel aproximadamente a las 18.45 hrs. 

Distancia total realizada: 525 km.
Paisajes: Grandes vistas sobre el mar, montañas, paisajes verdes. Cruzamos la meseta castellana y el Sistema Central español.
09:00 hrs  Santander -Salida. Magníficos paisajes. Paso al país Vasco. 10:30 hrs Bilbao . -Llegada  a la mayor ciudad del País Vasco. Incluimos a la llegada, con guía local, una corta visita de la ciudad : área del Guggenheim, casco viejo, Catedral... Luego tendrá usted tiempo libre para tomar unos "pintxos" y  para almorzar.
14:15 hrs  Bilbao - Salida. Viaje hacia Castilla (en ocasiones cambio de autocar en ruta). 20:30 hrs Madrid  - Llegada. Incluimos un traslado paseo a la Plaza Mayor , donde podemos aprovechar para tomar unos vinos en algún mesón. 

Nota:  Según número de pasajeros, el trayecto Bilbao/ Madrid podrá efectuarse en autocar de línea regular o en tren.
