Introduction
Dear Traveler: thank you for choosing us to perform this Tour! We hope you enjoy your trip.
Here we give you a guidance on their tour with the information that we believe may be of your interest. The information is indicative, may exist variations on designated hours.
TRANSFER from the airport, if you have it included or purchasing. Our transfer will be waiting for you with a poster on behalf of Europamundo or its name to the output of the custom (after collecting your luggage)..
Remember to inform us by phone if you lost your connection flight or expected delay of their arrival, in your VOUCHER figure the phone of the transfer.
IMPORTANT: If you had additional nights upon arrival the hotel will have your reservation, but his travel guide normally will not be until the night before the start of the tour.
Reception. Transfer to hotel and free time. You will receive information about the start of the circuit during the afternoon, or you can check the informative panels in the hotel reception area.
IMPORTANT - IF YOU REQUESTED ADDITIONAL NIGHTS on arrival at the hotel you will have your booking made but the guide of your trip will normally not arrive until the start of the included activities. YOUR TIME BEFORE THIS MOMENT IS THEREFORE FREE. At your hotel they can help you with all the information you need.
NB: The schedules you will find in this itinerary are approximate. The guide, depending on the situation and in order to improve the development of the circuit, may adjust the schedules.
N ote: Please remember to have your passport ready, you will need it at the UK border. We recommend you wear comfortable shoes to visit Eperlecqes and warm clothing for the crossing. The time in France is one hour earlier than the UK, so when it is 12 noon in France it will be 11 am in the UK and you should put your watch back one hour. The currency used in the UK is the pound; we recommend changing your currency on the ferry.
07:30 h. – Departure from Paris. –We set out to the north of France.
11:00 h. – Eperlecqes Bunker .- Arrival- Includes admission to this large bunker, set in the woods, where the Germans launched their V1 and V2 missiles towards the UK. It was used for space research. Visit to this site.
12:30 h. - Eperlecques –Departure-. We continue to the nearby city of Calais. Arrival at the port of Calais at approximately 13 h where we take the ferry to the England. Customs and border formalities. Keep your passport at hand!
14:20 h. The ferry leaves at 14:20 h. The crossing takes about an hour and a half. The ferry is modern and has all commodities (restaurants, bars, places to relax in, games rooms, foreign exchange offices, shops...). Passengers with half board included can have lunch on the boat. – Arrival at Dover. Visitors should put their watches back one hour on arrival in the UK.
15:00 h. (local time) - Dover – Arrival, landing and then we continue to London.
17:45 h. London -Arrival. Free time (a trip to Leicester Square, China Town and Soho is sometimes organised at night, which is scheduled in the programme for the following day)-
18:00 h. In the evening, we will meet at a a meeting point in Piccadilly Circus where our guide will accompany you to Leicester Square, China Town and Soho with its amazing atmosphere, its theaters and bustle . Time for dinner in this area with numerous ethnic restaurants (Indian, Thai, Chinese, international, and so on).
20.30 h. return to the hotel from Piccadilly.
Note: In some cases, this evening event will be organised the previous day, when we arrive in London.
Notas: Recuerde llevar a mano su pasaporte, lo puede necesitar al salir del Reino Unido. Cambio de hora al salir del Reino Unido. Tendrá que adelantar una hora su reloj (si en Londres marca las 11.00 hrs en Bélgica y Holanda son las 12.00 hrs).
07:30 hrs. - Londres - Salida.
09.30 hrs.- Canterbury –Llegada- Tiempo libre para conocer esta bonita ciudad medieval con su importante catedral y sus calles, de arquitectura tradicional, llenas de vida.
11.15 hrs .- Canterbury –salida-. Continuación a Dover donde embarcamos nuevamente en ferry cruzando el canal (salida del ferry sobre las 12:30 hrs/13:30 hrs del continente). Los buques que hacen la travesía son muy modernos, disponen de oficinas de cambio, restaurantes, tiendas, grandes salas.... ¡disfrute de la travesía! - Duración una hora y 15 minutos- Llegada a Calais y continuación hacia Bélgica.
17.15 hrs –hora del continente-.- Brujas -Llegada. Su guía le orientará sobre cómo dedicar su tiempo en Brujas, la encantadora ciudad de canales. Los viajeros en media pensión tienen incluida la cena.
08:30 hrs. - Gante –Llegada-. Histórica ciudad de Flandes. Muy bonito centro monumental. Tiempo para pasear.
10:15 hrs. - Gante –salida-. Viajamos hacia Holanda. A través de un túnel bajo el mar llegamos a la zona conocida como el Plan Delta, regiones ganadas al mar.
11:30 hrs - Middelburg –Llegada-. La capital de la provincia de Zelanda, pequeña y agradable ciudad. Tiempo para almorzar y para un paseo por su centro histórico. Los viajeros en media pensión tienen incluido el almuerzo.
13:30 hrs. - Middelburg –salida-. Entre impresionantes diques y puentes en regiones por debajo del nivel del mar, conocemos la obra del hombre para ganar tierras al mar.
15:15 hrs. - Rotterdam –Llegada. Con el autocar pasamos junto a su puerto (el segundo en movimiento del mundo). Tras ello disponemos de un tiempo para pasear en el centro.
16:45 hrs. - Rotterdam –salida-.
18:00 hrs. - Amsterdam - Llegada. Si el alojamiento se realiza en la zona del aeropuerto le dejaremos tiempo para un paseo por el centro antes de acomodarnos en el hotel (nuestro guía le propondrá, si el tiempo es favorable, realizar un paseo en barco por los canales en este tiempo).
Scenery: Plains, industrial areas, motorways of Germany.
08:30 hrs. Sightseeing tour of AMSTERDAM with local guide. This tour will last about two hours where we will know Dam Square with the town hall, the narrow canals and the most representative ones, the museum area and the Floating flower Market and the flower market. The visit ends in a factory-museum of diamonds where we will have an opportunity to see the diamond cutting technique traditional activity of Holland. The visit will finish at about 11.30hrs. Free time to stroll and have lunch.
15:00 hrs. - Amsterdam - Departure. Plain and industrial regions traveling through northern Germany.
20:00 hrs. - Hanover. Arrival and accommodation.
Note: On dates when there are trade fairs or congresses, the accommodation may be in a nearby town.
Scenery: The scenery in the Goslar and Quedlinburg area is very beautiful; Hartz mountains, little villages.
08:00 hrs. - Hannover - Departure -.
09:30 hrs. - Goslar - Arrival -. A town declared UNESCO World Heritage, one of the prettiest towns in Germany with its historic houses and its Market Square. Time for a stroll.
11.15 hrs. -Goslar -departure-. We continue our route through one of the most beautiful areas of Germany.
12.00 hrs- Quedlinburg- arrival. UNESCO declared this city a World Heritage Site due to its fascinating historic center, which has survived almost unscathed for centuries with its more than 2100 half-timbered houses. Also noteworthy are the town hall and the castle. Free time for a stroll and lunch.
14.15 hrs- Quedlinburg departure. We travel to the capital of Germany.
17.00 hrs. -Berlin -Arrival. Free time.
09.00 hrs.- Vienna - start with a scenic sightseeing tour of Vienna to know the most important places of interest including the Opera , the Museum of Fine Arts and Natural History , Parliament , the Royal Theatre , City Hall and the University. Passing by the Church of San Carlos, we arrive to the Belvedere Palace where we will walk through the gardens from where we are offered a fabulous view of the city. ( If the English-speaking group has fewer than fifteen people, the tour can be conducted in both English and Spanis h).
Directly afterwards, we head the Schönbrunn Palace where visitors can stroll around and enjoy its beautiful gardens.
In the evening we go to the City Hall Square to enjoy the lighting and the nightlife in the neighbouring streets, and where we will have dinner with cuisines from around the world (including Austrian, Chinese , Indian and Italian). Return to hotel.-
Countryside: Very beautiful scenery along most of the way, crossing the Alps. High snowy peaks, picturesque villages, lakes.
07:30 hrs - Vienna –departure. Pretty scenery, first of hills and then of high mountains in the regions of Styria and Carinthia. We enter Slovenia .
11.00 hrs- Maribor . - An elegant city by the river with its castle and cathedral. Time to stroll and for lunch. Lunch included for passengers with half board.
13.00 hrs - Maribor –Departure-. We travel through the hills to the capital of Slovenia.
14:45 hrs - Ljubljana. - The little capital of Slovenia, a small country independent since 1991, in the shadow of its mediaeval castle. A city with the atmosphere of a crossroads throughout history between Slavs, Latins and Germans.
16:30 hrs- Ljubljana –Departure-. After following mountains covered by dense forests, we reach the Adriatic and enter Italy.
20.00hrs – Venice –Arrival-. Accommodation in the metropolitan area around Venice (Mestre, Marghera…).
18.30 hrs.- Transfer to the hotel from the area of St. Marcos. You will have the chance to eat dinner in the Mestre area, where you can choose the type of restaurant that you prefer (Indian, Oriental, Italian, etc.).
In the morning, we have a 2 hrs scenic tour of the city , which will be a great introduction to “The Eternal city”. In the panoramic you will know the ancient Rome called Imperial Rome: Colosseum, Arch of Constantine, Piazza di Venezia with its monument to Italian unification, Quirinal Hill with the Palace of the President of the Republic, Marcelo Theater, Capitol Hill, Roman Forums , Circus Maximus, Church of Santa Maria in Cosmedin with the mouth of truth, Republican Temple, Termas de Caracalla, Aureliana Wall, Basilica di Santa María Maggiore and Archbasilica of St. Johm Lateran, Church of Santa María in Dominica (Navicella), Cestia Pyramid , San Paolo Gate, Lungo Tevere avenue with the Jewish synagogue of Babylonian style, Tiberina Island in front of the Castel St. Angelo. This tour ends at St. Peter´s Square in the Vatican. The Vatican Museums are closed on Sundays, so, if you are interested, we recommend you to do it at this time. Free afternoon.
18.30 hrs.- In the evening we provide transport to the Trastevere area, where you will find restaurants serving Italian, Indian, Chinese and international food. Return to hotel.
Note: Because the new municipal regulations on the circulation of tourist coaches in Rome are still being defined, the panoramic visit described may vary accordingly.
Note: Remember that check-out time is usually at 10.00 hrs. In most cases, you can leave your luggage at the hotel reception at check-out time so you can enjoy the city and pick it up at the time you require that same day. If you need more time to use your room, please consider booking an additional night at the end of your tour.
